Evev though the show was small, it was a lot of fun. There were some really nice animals. I want to say thank you to everyone who put up with my questions and had the patience to answer them. I got to help with the show (bringing the chins to and from the table - I'm not sure what that is called) I got to talk to Dennis and Rich and listen to what Dave was saying as he judged - it was amazing! I really learned a lot!!!

I also want to send a big "Thank You" to Jan and Rich for hosting the show and opening up their home to us all. Rich gave me and my husband a tour a his ranch. WOW! is about all I can say. As a small hobby breeder, their place is the stuff of dreams.

Again, it was a great show and congratulations to all of the winners!

Yeah, the biggest class was 5, and 4 were mine! Since I only showed 7 standards---geesh!

I just want to share with some of the new people that may have toured the ranch. I asked Jan when we were all up early this morning and Rich headed out to do chores, what the chores were for the day and how long it would take! It was, feeding, supplementing, and checking water. 5hrs for one person! GOD BLESS YOU BIG RANCHERS. I think I will stick to my 15 mins.

Yea, there are a LOT of animals there! I'd be content with as many as they had in a single room and consider myself "big." lol

Just wondering if anyone remembers who won the baby derby????? I know Hope Glover won but not sure who the other two are and who won 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Any help????

Denise Bunk Hatch I believe had the baby derby 1st place winner.

Yeah, he was mine. Bunk-Hatch is the correct spelling, but it's so confusing! I think I'm just going to show under Humble Acres from now on!

Let me look and see if I have the results written down...

I didn't write them down, all I wrote down was the comments about my girl that was in the show (that's what I get for feeling lazy!).

I emailed Hope to see if she knows.
