do you know if the QC collapsible cages are good enough to be real homes instead of just travel cages? they have the big ones that are 30"x30" and thats bigger than the current cage i'm using. if its good enough to be a real permanent home, i would like to get one of those.

where can i find industrial velcro? my chin is really strong, i think i was using normal velcro, she peeled the liners off and was chewing on the velcro...

i've been using the SuperPet My First Home Large for my 1 chin and she has been doing well in it. It was really empty, i only had a wooden house and 2 hanging toys... so i bought a whole bunch of things from ForChinAte...really nice stuff... a wooden hay holder, a corner ledge, a leaping ledge...

i just got my lifeline from ChocolateChinchilla... inside the container, there is a small spoon which i suspect is a 1/4 tsp... so i fed my chin 1/2 of amount i scooped from that small spoon... mixed it with a little water, honey and a pinch of bee pollen... its the first time i fed my chin...

yea...because my chin is always choosing the hay...and she makes a mess and the entire cage is full of hay that she doesnt want, thats why im considering getting hay cubes to reduce the mess...

so theres no difference between loose hay and hay cubes?

is it safe to give my chin cardboard to play with? she seems to like chewing on cardboard a lot... also...which is better? loose hay or hay cubes? can i just give her hay cubes and not loose hay?
