    Tick like movements

Mork will turn his head like 90 degrees toward the other shoulder that I'm not scritching, then if I get *just* the right spot, he tilts it back and his mouth opens like he's smiling. It's the ****ing cutest thing I have ever seen, I literally teared up the first time I saw it, I thought I was...

My chinchilla has made a terribly loud noise!!

Once or twice, Sonya (who sleeps all the time, even when everyone else is awake lol) will make that noise as if she's having a nightmare. I don't know if you've read that they will make noises in their sleep, sometimes they just makes calling noises, but sometimes they make frightened noises...

    Holding my chin

When I hold my chins, I take one of my hands and sort of corral them towards my other hand, which I have on the floor. Then that hand stays on their belly or their elbows, depending on which is most comfortable for them. The other hand goes on their behind, with the base of their tail between my...

I think the best thing for him would be for you to send him to me for closer, long-term inspection. ...on a serious note, I would keep him to see how he grows out. Then again... :steals: :innocent:

    Critter nation doubles..good deal?

Isn't it Murphy's Law where everything that can go wrong, will go wrong? Or..like..the day after you throw out something you've held on to for a few years 'just in case' you need it...you REALLY need it? Well whatever the 'Law' is for that sort of stuff. It just happened to me. I remember...

    poor chins...

WARNING: the following post contains a lot of anger directed at the "children" who were abusing those chinchillas. I reported all the videos, even the one of that stupid, fat, animal abusing child pretending to be shot...if that was my child...no that would never be my child, I would never let...

    Critter nation doubles..good deal?

I emailed the person, just waiting for a reply. I don't have the $200 right now so I actually asked if they would hold them for me, for a little extra (I'm hoping something around $50) since I'm starting a new job soon. keep your fingers crossed for me!

    Help!

Lol at all the kids posts... When I put the thing up there for vets/vet techs self diagnosing their chinchillas, I was assuming that they 1. know what a chinchilla is and 2. have one as a pet because after vet school or during it they decided it was a good idea. I figure any vet or vet tech...
