There is a guy at the local farmers market that has all natural loofah and he said he normally washes it off with dawn soap and let's it dry or he said he could peel it and just let it dry. Would the dawn hurt them or would it be best to get it peeled and just let it dry out?

Updated picture of Kirby. Hard to believe he is now 5 weeks old and 115 grams. I'm thinking he might be a homo beige because when looking at his eyes he looks to have a ring around his pupils.

Ferret nation cages are the best and please don't use ladders because chins can break their legs on them. Use wood shelves in the cage.

I bought mine from Petsmart, they don't carry them at Petco.

Thanks I am for sure the baby is a boy and already have an extra cage to put him in as soon as he is weaned. I would rather separate them then having him neutered since you don't hear of that too often.

Ramps are not safe even if you have the ramp covers on them that come with the cages. My chin actually chewed the velcro off the ramp cover during the night and the cover fell down and he got his leg stuck in the ramp and broke it and had to have it amputated. I actually have wood shelves so...

I have the 12 oz super pet glass bottles but they might only drink like a 1/4 of the water in 24 hours so I think an 8 oz bottle would be plenty big enough.

I have moved my FN cages several ways and the easiest was putting it in the back of the truck and hauling it that way. I have also taken it apart in 2 pieces and it fit in the back of our expedition. I wouldn't take it completely apart unless you have to because I know I always have issues...
