What do you think would sell better or make better gifts?

So would you be more inclined to buy a custom/standard statue? Ornament? Charm? Salt shakers?

or like a little jar, like the head of the chin is the top :]

I like the jar idea, and I think the ornament idea would be a perfect thing to make and market in the fall - before the holidays. I think the jar is great because you get the same pleasure of having a statue with the added benefit of functionality.

I would love salt personalized salt shakers! Those and a jar would be awesome...or just any functional kitchen item you can make out of them...maybe even napkin holders.

Cute ideas! I like the jar idea as well... like if it looked like a chin sculpture, but the head would come off to reveal the jar inside... maybe that's what you were thinking

Not a genius.... Just popped into my head... But when you get them figured out, I want a a couple!

I just finished sculpting a treat jar, its drying, he's a really tubby chin begging. I'll post pics of him drying. He will have a fluffy tail like my previous sculptures. I will either paint him black velvet, or if you'd like it custom laura if you like it you can have first dibs and I'll paint him whatever you want!

but when I make more in the future they'll be custom or just for sale as is what ever I painted them. Im rambling. brb with pics.

Alright so this is the jar drying, it needs some smoothing here and there but that's the progress so far.

No idea what I'm going to do for the eyes yet, can't find my teddybear eyes :[

I did use the idea from you guys last time about the whiskers :]

I think these are all great ideas. I love the salt and pepper shaker ideas. I absolutely love the ornament for Christmas Time, we will just have to send our husbands your way. Definitely post some pics when you have a prototype.

Alright, this one I'll do for 3chinsowner since I have all the paint/tail for a black velvet, Laura you just PM me the pictures of your chins and I'll make them this weekend, that way I can get the supplies and it wont take me long since I have the weekend off ((asides from FINALLY picking up my new cage lol)). I paint them in acrylic and I have quite a selection so I'm sure I'll find something for your ebony.

When I have the jar painted I'll post it, and I'll PM you 3chinsowner.
Ornaments and so on I'll make some prototypes and post :] I might have to make a site or something, or finally jump on the etsy bandwagon.
