I had a great time at the show. I brought 11 animals, sold and traded 10 of them and went home with 5 new chins. A lot of wheel'n and deal'n, buying, selling, trading, my kind of show. I picked out and claimed the bv grand show before the show started and also claimed a real nice standard as well as selling pretty much everything I brought. That's the way a claiming show is supposed to be. Well worth the 12 1/2 hour one way drive. I even won my first ever baby derby trophy. Lol!

Yay for the Baby Derby Mark LOL... congrats on your BV and all.

Mish Thumbs up on your sapphire girl.

Paul and Nicole same for you on the beige, but should I be surprised LOL. NOT!

And to everyone again, congratulations on your wins

I had a great time and hate that it's over already. So proud of one of my standard females :) I have photos and will post them when I get back to NC but I was so tired by the end of the show from lack of sleep over the trip that I forgot to take photos of the top animals and grand/reserve. I'll post what I have tomorrow though!

Congrats to all of the winners!

Just got home a bit ago, despite the weather reports the roads here in central PA are clear. But it's a good thing I won one of those knit blankets from the raffle, it sure is cold!

I am thrilled. I never thought I'd see a sapphire go higher than section champ, let alone one of mine. It seemed everyone did pretty well, there were a lot of different names called at the top of the table. Congrats to everyone!

It makes a show more interesting when all the top awards aren't the same breeder :) Congrats to all and looking forward to the pics!

I had a great time at my first Claim Show and did pretty well - for a newbie! :) Of the two babies that I bred and took, my standard female took Reserve Color Section Female and my standard male took Reserve Color Phase Champion. Considering they are both still babies I am very pleased with their results. My Firebaugh male that I took earned Color Phase Champion. Mark claimed my little boy (darn it, I knew I should have kept him) and I claimed a big fat Hummel female ebony who I am very pleased with as she took Color Section Champion and was one of the last 3 females on the show table at the end of the day.

It was great spending time with everyone and seeing old friends as well as making a few new ones.

Congratulations to all of the winners and to Nicole for winning my blanket (hope it keeps you warm).

Oh and thanks to Mish who brought some awesome Root Beer Float cupcakes (don't forget to send me the recipe Mish!

Congrats to a great show. Wish I could of made this one. I am so looking forward to the show photos. And lets see some photos of animals you bought as well. ;)

It was nice spending time with old and new friends and look forward to next year. I was surprised but very proud my standard male took Reserve Male of show at only 6 months old. I claimed 2 really nice Hummel animals an ebony male and a black male both took Reserve Color Section Champion.

Congratulations to all of the winners.

Rodeo is pleased you remembered to bring him something lol.

Mish - LOVELY sapphire!! Her confirmation is beautiful.

What a lovely black. I would have jumped all over that if it was a female!
