I am so happy to hear that some hedgies do live longer than the normal period. I have just adopted my Hufflepuff from a family friend and she is 5 and I was worried that I would only get to spend a small amount of time with her. She is so sweet and it is really nice to know that she could live longer and I hope that we get to have many great years together!

When I adopted Ron she was 4, and I thought the same thing - that I wouldn't get much time with her. She's still going strong almost two years later and we have a great relationship! I hope you and Hufflepuff get to have a good long time together too. :heart3:

Truffles isn't even 2 yet. I worry that I'll only have two or so more years with her, but seeing this poll... Who knows!
