Hi everyone-

I am new to the forum and am very excited about talking with other chin owners. Anyway, I have had a River, a sweet little boy for about 4 months. He gets very regular exercise and is about 6 months old. I also have a christmas cactus. Once in awhile the cactus drops pieces and i have seen River showing interest in them before. Once in awhile he runs off with one and chews on it. I can get it away from him but its hard. I was wondering about whether he will suffer or get sick from eating the cactus.
Thanks!

The ASPCA website says its non-toxic to pets, I would personally still try to take it away from the chin if it was my chin just because.....

Thanks, but i will still try to take it away from the little thief. Its just nice to know that if i miss it once and awhile, his life isn't on the line
