A photo of one of my skulls that shows the condition you are dealing with.

I contacted another vet in my area by email. Dont know who to listen anymore, everyone says something different :/
New vet and someone else said xrays are terrible (the image itself) while others say its good, also someone sad it doesnt look that bad, while others my chin is almost dead.

New vet agreed with you about the medicine the old one gave him, said she is more afraid of the seizure and eye infection, think its a heat stroke, wants to measure his temperature. Wants to give him appropriate antibiotics if he has eye infection.
Do you think i should take him to her tomorrow ?

I measured my chins, the ill one is 400g and the other fatty is 500g. Right now ill one looks like he recovered, he is bouncing against the walls again and tried really hard to pull a raisin out of my fingers (i could almost lift him in the air).

Btw im not sure if thats ok, but we dont keep food inside the cage except hay.
When we let them out for a playtime (4+ times a day), that is when we give them mixed food from hands.

Chins should have food in their cage at all times-hay and pellets, not mixed food just pellets and hay. I would get a second opinion-its always best when dealing with a issue that has the potential of the chins being put to sleep and that 1st vet is not good, you need to find a good vet in case in the future the other chin gets ill. What temp and humidity is the room where the chins play and live?

Ok i'll keep pellets in the cage, i took them out because the fat one doesnt know when to stop eating, he just doesnt take his head out of the bowl until its empty.

Yeah the temperature is at the limits, 68-75 fh, its (very warm)winter and i open the windows and turn off the heating but still cant get it colder.
Humidity is very low it affects us.

I took him to a new vet just now and she looks more promising then the first one.

She measured his temperature and she said its fine (36.8c / 98.2fh).
For the xray she said she cant be sure if the tooth is hitting the eye, she thinks the xray was taken at an angle.
She looked closely into his mouth with some tools, and said his teeth, inside skin and throat are great.
She looked closely at his both eyes (she opened them wide), and she didn't find any signs of infection. She thinks maybe something got into his eye and he made it worse by scratching or something.

Just for comparison at the first vet, they told me because the xray is very expensive (the price of a new chin) they should just give him some antibiotics and hope for the best. They looked at me strangely because i still wanted xray.
When they needed to measure him to determine the dosage for anesthesia they measured him with his portable cage and measured 800g. They would have went with that weight if i didn't tell the lady that was measuring him she needs to subtract the weight of the cage first. Sad thing is human doctors here aren't any better :/

She (new vet) also gave him a shot of vitamin b (thiamin) and gave me a syringe with a mix of minerals and vitamins to give him 0.5ml per day. She said to just put it in water and that the fat (healthy) one wont mind drinking it. Picture of syringe: http://i.imgur.com/RJnk2.jpg
