The whole scenario is not the usual way impactions are diagnosed, dealt with or passed so who knows what happened really.

Normally it takes a long time (not 6 days) for the gut to get 'back to normal' so I have the same concerns/bewilderment as Dawn here.
This seems to be a most unusual case for a number of reasons.

Just read this thread. It was like a chapter book I couldn't stop reading. First got my heart racing praying for the best for your baby. Than your strong will on not giving up on him. With a happy ending and for the first time someone can say they got *h*t for V day and loves it. I'm so happy for you and your boy. Thank your for your endless dedication to him even when you started to loose faith. He is very lucky to have a chinny mom like you.

I've been following this thread also and must say my eyes got all watery a couple of times. So glad to see he pulled through. My heart goes out to you and your little guy. Alone the emotional up & downs are hard to deal with, but on top of that around the clock care. Good for you to get more opinions and not give up. Thank god you found that vet. I hope your baby will stay healthy from now on!

I just read through this thread and I agree with alena it was like a chapter book, with twists and turns but the best part was the happy ending for you and Charlie <3 I'm so glad he pulled through and you got all that poo for valentines day lol I'm also inspired by the fact that you never gave up on him . Good luck in the future and thanks for the detailed posts about his treatment it was helpful to read .
