i'm sure many of the fleece creators/sellers on here would be willing to have you send a cheque or money order to them. it would just take a bit longer due to the mail and waiting for payment to clear. no harm in asking them, eh? :))

That's true......I just feel more comfortable using a credit card instead lol. Not that I think any of the sellers would do anything, it's just a nervous habit I guess lol. I do feel comfortable sending a money order, So I'll probably just. Thanks!

You can use a credit card on paypal.

I would rather not go through paypal though. I think Money order is the best option if they allow that. So hopefully they will.

Anyone know where a list is for all the suppliers for the US, I saw a list once and now I can't find it, They just listed a bunch of sites to get things from and I found a couple that had the fleece liners that I really liked. But now can't seem to find it lol.

Paypal is actually tons safer than sending a money order in the mail. Checks and money orders get stolen in the mail all the time. With paypal the money goes through quick and easy and there's a way to report people who take your money without sending you what you bought. Also there is no way for them to take more than the amount you sent. I've used Paypal for years and never had a problem. A few people here may have a secure way to use your credit card on their site though instead of Paypal.

While no money order is "Safe" from being stolen, I'd suggest using a USPS money order. They can track those. Also maybe someone would accept an Amazon gift card. You can buy online ones with a CC, and it's instant. Come on, who doesn't love Amazon? You can get anything on there!

I've never had a problem with paypal myself, but my husband had his hacked twice a couple months ago. In both cases, the hacker was able to spend over $500 on his account. The bright side though? Just like a credit card, all you have to do is contact them and claim fraud and they remove the charges. Anytime you have your information online, it's a risk, whether you use you cc directly to pay, or you use paypal, so I can see anyone being apprehensive about it.

I'd be curious to know what the strength of his password was. My understanding is that most random number generators are designed to crack passwords that are 10 characters or less. Since that's what I learned early on, I use passwords with at least 11 alphanumeric characters, mixed caps and at least one symbol for accounts that have sensitive data. I have yet to be hacked on any account using that logic and I've had online accounts for over 20 years at this point. Just a thought.

It's not as if I think Paypal isn't safe, i'd just rather not make an account. I recieved messages from members who do accept money orders. So everythings good.

Honestly, I don't have his password, but I'll bring it up to him when he gets home from work. Mine is only 10 characters, so now I'll probably change it to be safe. Thanks for the heads up!

You can pay on PayPal as a guest using a credit card without setting up an account. I have people do it all the time. PayPal really is awesome :)
