My oldest chin does the whole powder thing. His pile of powder is always on the fleece liner outside his bowl. I was worried at first, but he is healthy.

Welcome, I'm glad you joined us! I'd bet that with time and patience, she will settle in nicely!

I use fleece also. It's pretty easy to vaccum (shop vac) the dried poos off the fleece daily and I wash them once a week.
