    Help! He hates me =[

i think he is just generally a bit of a huffy little chappy. but we seem to be getting into a rhythm and he is much happier to come out an have a little wander after he has been in his snuggle bag for a little while - sometimes hours but im learning to be patient. the only thing that upsets me...

I clean his cage basics every day like food and water dishes, flying saucer and things like litter tray and substrate is spot checks whenever its needed, but...

    Flying Saucer for Hedgehog?

Hey I have the flying saucer. And my little guy loves it so much so that he has reduced a Silent spinner to what I can only describe as screaming cat noise lol. Any ideas on how to make it silent again would be helpful. But I've not noticed any problems with his fit and if his little climbing...

    A small lump

Hey, my three month old baby boy is well on the way through his quilling but for the past few days I have noticed a hairless lump on his belly it's about the size of a small peanut and about an inch from his bottom in a straight line up his belly. Maybe it's always been there and I'm just being...

    Help! He hates me =[

Yeah I've tried him with meal worms in his food bowl and he scatters them around his cage but doesn't eat them. I've counted to make sure. It's a bit odd but he just seems to move them around and leave them there. Will try again tonight so hopefully should be able to start making some progress...

yeah i did expect the new cage to be difficult especially having only had him for a week or so but i made sure he had familiar things like his snuggie/food bowl/igloo etc. and on his first night in the cage i sat by quietly and watched him explore he seemed interested in everything even trying...

    Help! He hates me =[

After getting Brian's new cage set up yesterday morning i spent some time handling him near the cage on the floor with a few things such as his new snuggie he had slept in for two nights and the new igloo which was his and he was absolutely fine a bit huffy as usual at first but he soon calmed...

Not using a wheel or toys.

Yeah I know it's not been a long time enough for him to settle in yet I was just a bit worried about his lack of activity and running. The temperature is definitely warm enough it's the warmest room in the house by a long way as all the central hearing pipes run through it. Having just come in...

Not using a wheel or toys.

I have just (4 days ago) brought home a little 2 month old boy who was lovely tempered and always exploring at his old home even though he was disowned by his own mum and raised by an adopted mummy hedgehog. He seems to be settling in fine, more than happy to sit on me and sleep or have a...
