I picked up my new babies today from the Pomona Bird Expo... I tell you what it was a test to walk through and see All those birds and not buy one!
I posted photos of the two together and seperate in Chin General Topics.

I am sorry my roommate is out of town and wont be back till Wed... so no photos till then :tantrum:

What is the first thing they did? Run around their FN 142 and dump over all the littler boxes I put in there for them :impatient: I put three on each level in the corners and they think its really fun to jump in them and lean over till they tip and spill it all over the cage.

They are currently running around the cage like man men. My German Shepherds are in a down stay on my bed watching them from across the room. So far so good. My oldest GS even looks a little bored by them now lol he was the one I thought would go "oh lunch thxs mom ur the best!" But I guess cow ears and more interesting.

:dance3:

If you're using the typical pet store plastic litter boxes (which is what I have), you might want to try twisty-ties on the back of the litter box where it attaches to the cage. My chin used to pull his litter box completely off the side, so I started using twisty-ties where he can't reach to keep him from making a huge mess!

I bought metal pans and put the shavings inside of those. I think I just need to buy heavy ones (?)

The boys were up Alllll day playing and now its night time and sleeping away. I guess once they get use to their new kennel they will be back to being up at night?

(My oldest GS keeps trying to sneek over to the kennel when he thinks I am not looking and lick which ever chin is sleeping on a ledge that he can get to ) Poor chins if they woke up getting a bath from him theyd prolly have a heart attack!
