Why can't chins have wheels under 6 months of age?

I am curious to know why chins under 6 months aren't allowed to have the wheel? I see people say they shouldn't have it but there's no explanation as to why they can't. Is it because they don't know when to stop and can get overheated? Anyway let me know.

Young chins don't know their limits and quickly over heat from play time and or wheels. They are also growing and should spend their energy growing instead of running on wheels.

They don't know when to stop, they use more of their energy running than developing properly, and they're often terribly clumsy which can lead to injuries.

Treats are generally discouraged for similar reasons: you want your little baby to be filling up one the most nutritious things possible so that it will grow big and strong! Treats are unnecessary calories that a chin will eat in preference to its healthy hay and pellets, which is why they are discouraged before six months (and given only in moderation after)
