By using fans with colling attached though, you would raise the humdity levels, causing more of a problem with the heat interaction.

Sorry it took me so long to reply my comp was out in shop.
I turned down the ac and have the little marlble blocks
Its now 72 so I think that is good?

Temp + humidity needs to be below 150 when the two numbers are added together, so I think Classic Chins has a good point about AZ humidity. Euphoric might give more dust baths than others, might have shorter play times and chiller stones.

PS - I don't understand fleece either - I don't know how people keep it clean?

can't injest (generally speaking; there are chins who will eat fleece if given the opportunity)
Chins CAN INGEST fleece. It's just less likely to un-ravel and allow something that they are able to actually eat or choke on.

The fans can and will make your chins sick. A big no no-their respiratory systems are not made for air to be blowing on them like that...

Air movement is critical for healthy chins, they do not make them sick, they make them uncomfortable if they are blowing directly on them.

Chins will overheat, it's best to keep them under 70. If you can't accomodate the pet, then re-home it. It's not fair for it to die of heat stroke.

I know of others in Arizona who don't complain about keeping chins cool, one of them has I believe around 200-300. It's part having that kind of pet. Get an in room or window a/c if you don't want to cool the whole house.
