One of my many grassy looking things bloomed into this today, and another buck moth caterpillar.

This is a Rose of Sharon.. in the Hibiscus family. You can trim it back and "train" it to behave ..and not eat your car! LOL

These two pics ..a Rudbeckia maybe?

Looks like something in the family of Caladium, but hard to tell from the pic. They do vary in size and colors ...and it has the typical leaf shape.

Dainthus or Sweet William, as my Nan called them. They are in the Carnation family.

Some type of fuschia? Interesting.. pretty little flower, anyway.

Ornamental grass type..

Big broad purple leafy thing is a Canna lily and it has the potential to get very tall ..with an "iris looking" flower on it ..and it can become invasive.. or, at least, overbearing.

The purple leaf "grass eater" resembles a Hosta, of sorts ..but it's hard to tell. Do the leaves get larger, overall?

The little purple flowering one is some kind of Salvia, possibly. Pinch it.. if it smells like turkey dressing ..haha.. if it smells like sage, it's in the Salvia family.

Wild iris or gladiolus?

The tree thingy looks like a Wood Rose vine ..maybe. It also resembles something else that the name totally escapes me ..blah!

Zucchini or yellow Crookneck squash

Another squash, maybe ...or a melon? Without a bloom, it's hard to say..

Another ornamental grass

African Iris or whatever it's called.. escapes me now, too

A beautiful orange Day Lily!

And a funky looking caterpillar.. haha!
