Well, champ is doing much better now, up and running around with his sister and so on. He is a little smaller, but I dont have a working scale currently. He is nursing now, I guess mom has finally decided he is going to make it after all.. thanks for the help and info guys, and especially the REALLY QUICK responses! Bravo!
Great news. I would get that scale and make sure he does not go downhill. Weigh him 2 times a day, at least. And be ready to hand feed at any time. Good luck!
Great news! I had one do that here, I was SURE she was dead. She was ice cold. My son sat with her in front of a space heater, rubbing and rubbing her with a towel. It took a while, but she finally warmed up and was able to go back in with mom. She's a beautiful girl bouncing around today.
Well, the baby boy is alive and well now.. Hopping around the cage happy as can be. Just thought I would post and let people know. He is also the most VOCAL chin I have ever had. He is always making some noise or another and has quickly become the families favorite.
