Weirdest places your chin hides

Diesel's new favorite place is under his pillow. I gotta admit he looks pretty dumb sitting on his shelf with his pillow on his head.

Probably not as goofy as Herby looks when she has her raffia hat ( chew toy ) on her head. One of these days I will get a pic and post it..

Yeah, I don't know what it is about pillows & comforters but Ebony loves to get under his and Ivory loves jumping on top of it when he's under there. These 2 are a riot!

aw, poor baby, it's almost as if his eyes were telling me to make Ivory get off of him, LOL!

Sprinkie's favorite place to hide is under his fleece liner. He tunnels all around the cage under there.

Bonnie's favorite place to hide is in my bathrobe. She'll climb in up by my shoulder and neck, and fall asleep.

Mine curl up into their flower pots that are attached on the sides of their cages. Sometimes it looks like they bend themselves in half to fit in...I must get a picture sometime of that....just so you can see what I mean!

Lily lays on her hammock and sticks her head under a shelf, it reminds me of an ostrich burying it's head in the sand. I guess she thinks she is hidden as long as she can't see me? :wacko:

Gus is a little smarter. He's a light tan and he'll sit frozen on a pillow that is similar in color... Camelion-Chinnie :laughitup:

Oh yeah...if they are hiding just their heads, the chins really do think they are invisible! I love that.

Big Chin thinks that if he stands still, you won't be able to see him. I think he has a pretty blank stare [which creeps a lot of people out but I find it endearing].

Ande likes to hide under Bryson. This picture was a while ago, when I first got Ande. He still does it from time to time when he can actually behave around Bryson.

Shelly loves to hide under my sound system. I would think it is too loud for her. I blocked it from her when I discovered her chewing the speaker. Sometimes she gets really mad at me and trys to dig her way in. When I stop her from doing that she looks at me, poops, an runs away. Brat. :rofl:

You are a chicken. Her new trick is to jump behind the tv run through all the wires and jump out the other side before I have a chance to catch her. Or she will hide beind the blinds thinking I can't see her. Little does she know her butt sticks out.

Marble likes to hide in my sweater sleeves but he crawls up way too close to my armpit and then he will fall asleep in there. I don't let him near my armpit though it tickles me way too much even with the layers.

One of my chins does this too. This may be a "duh" question, but how do the chins not get warm/overheated under the fleece? Or in people's hoodies?

We have a new one here, now that both levels of the FN are tiled. YouBe and Nova will both occasionally crawl under the one low shelf in their cage, crawl back into the corner where the hide and the shelf form a little alcove, and then flop onto their backs, all fours in the air, smushed between the shelf and the tile. If that gets uncomfortable, they'll flop over sideways and stick feets and nose through the bars. Nope, can't see you at all fellas....
