My husband worked on a ranch (cows) and he is certified in AI. He says it would be really hard on a chin because (I don't mean to be graphic) when they do it to large animals they, the AI person, sticks their whole arm . . . well you can guess. I would think it would be very hard to be anatomically precise without a bunch of x-rays, sonograms, etc.
Maybe someone would want to do it to preserve the line of an aging or dead chin?
