Hehe, cute pictures. I do the "pick a stick from the jar" thing, too---but it's mostly out of laziness on my part.

I love the pic of her face buried in the jar! Big choices to be made...

She wasn't sure what to do with it at first.

Very CUTE chinnie.

I never let the chins choose their sticks. If I did, I would never get to do anything but sit there waiting on their little royal highnesses to pick one.

I let Lady choose, and she does take her sweet old time! She nibbles ten of them before making her selection. Sometimes she tries to make off with one in her teeth and anohter in her paws.

I give her these little wooden blocks from a broken toy too. She grabbed one with her paws and decided she wanted to chew it somewhere else. Oh the decisions about how to climb down!

Where does the wood go?

I've been putting her wood on a shelf, we haven't quite got potty training down yet. I've noticed the wood is all ending up in a corner near her water bottle. And when I tried to move it up to a shelf to tidy up her cage a bit I saw why.

The wood does not belong on the shelf.
