this has got me curious.... what other animals are bad to be around chins?? I have a hedgehog in the same room too, please tell me that is ok!??

Generally hedgies and chins should not mix since they have different heating requirements. Chins need a much cooler temperature, whereas hedgies need a warm temperature. For example, my chins are in a room under 70F, the hedgie is in a room 75+F.

I had a hard time adjusting the temps. in the room! So I finally gave up and bought a small space heater. I have a huge loft apartment so yes they are in the same room, but far apart. I keep the room about 67 but over by her its alot warmer. Im always checking her and she is always fine. On the real cold nights I move her into my bathroom with the heater on... BUt I do worry about the temp for both of them and always checking the thermometers! very stressful but I have it down pat lol
