I don't think weighing him weekly is to much if that what you want to do. The goal is to make sure he is gaining weight and it looks like your doing a great job! He is such a cutie!

How old is he? I didn't think he looked all that Tiny - shows how much I know! He is definitely a cutie, though, and I bet he'll warm up to you. He kinda looks like a trouble-maker to me...what do you think?

We have no idea how old he is. He was part of a rescue of 31 chinchillas from a breeder who wasn't taking care of them. I think he's still young, but really, what do I know. We'll see if he continues to get bigger and then we'll know just how young (or old) he really is.

Great job with him Essentia- the weight gain is great. I think he will get better and better, poor guy has moved 3 times in less than a month, and before that, well, let's just say he did not have the greatest life.
