Well that explains it! My chin Jack is slowly dying from pine and not his bad teeth with his heart murmur. :SarcasmA: Crap! He could live if I just change to fleece. Hang in there girl. YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID..................

In all the time I spent with animals and been members of forums, I've come to the conclusion, animal care can be as controversial as religion and politics.

I have my own set opinions on how I care for my animals. When someone asks for advice or I think they may be taking the wrong path, I tell them what I do or would do if I was in the same situation. That's all I can do. I feed my dogs and cats high quality, by-product and corn free food. They are healthy and long lived. But then I hear someone who's fed Old Roy to their dogs and I feel a little puke in my mouth. When I tell them they should feed some other food, I sometimes get, "I've been feeding Old Roy to my dog for years and he lived to be 18.". Some people prefer pine, some aspen, some Carefresh, some liners. There is only so much good advice you can give and only so many open minds willing to consider you as being knowledgeable.
