Handbag was VERY bummed when I replaced his hidey hut of five years yesterday. He sulked for 24 hours. Tonight they were reunited during playtime. Such happiness.

It turns out, I don't think he was sulking over the hidey hut at all. I think he was just pissy about the new shelf arrangement. I rearranged again last night and after a few tentative laps…he had the new route down. For the next 15 minutes it was crazy lap running and popcorning with squeaking. Total GLEE! Silly animals these chinchillas are! All is right in Handbag's world now. Phew. lol
