Tattoo help!

Hey, $80 was half of what I'd been told at the other two shops I'd stopped at. They told me it'd be $150-250 (if I got the wings). I'm very happy with it, and was really surprised with how quick it was done, since he stopped a few times on account of other people coming into the shop with questions, and briefly talking to his piercer. I'm gonna let it heal up, see what it looks like, then discuss blood drips. My mom doesn't like the idea lol

LOL! My mom likes the tattoos, and was all for me getting them. I think the blood drops are just a bit morbid for her...

I think most likely ash had to pay a shop min. The place I use is something like $60-$65 for just a tiny basic one, and then prices go up from there.

hmmm I guess prices are just different around here - the shop I go to charges $10 to start for names and I know the other shop I used to go to had a $25 shop minimum. They're extremely clean and have 5 artists working to keep up with the demand.

Yeah, I don't think hers was too expensive either. I know at the shop I went to way back when I got my tattoo the shop minimum was $50.

Yeah, I didn't think it was too pricey at all. If I would've been charged over $100, I'd have been pretty flipped off. And the tattoo artist is very worth it. He's the only person in the shop, aside from his piercer, it's a very small shop, but very clean, very professional (there's a few artists I've heard of that I refuse to go to because they'll harrass you the entire time). I'll be going back to him for more in the future. I'm waiting for it to heal up so I can get better pics of it.

Lol! I ended up going with a slightly different design than originally intended, but it was still the same concept. I'll shoot you a PM with pics of it.
