Stretching, not eating, puking

Hi there;
Prickles hasn't been eating much for the past three days and when I take him out he keeps doing these long superman stretches. Today he ate one bite and then barfed twice.
He's a senior, over 5 years old. Drinks water normally.
Any ideas? I'm so worried!

well, he seems way better now. I've got him on very basic food just to give him a rest. He didn't puke again, and he's very active so he must be ok.
