Strange p*nis thingy?

Hey everyone!

So I have a hedgehog since april this year and I was wondering if this is normal as it looks bigger then it normally is :

Long as it doesn't look red, purple, swollen or cut, it is probably fine. A wellness check at the vet is always a good idea though.
