Shelves near Philly

I apologize if this sounds lazy or shows off my ineptitude with machines, but I was hoping that someone near the Philly area or NYC area is able to make me some shelves for my 4 Quality Cages. I have purchased them from Quality Cage before, but the shipping for the shelves was astronomical.
