i honestly dont have an answer on Radiata. I would guess others arnt positive either, other wise it would have been answered.
Alls i can say is when i go to the home depot they have the 'kiln-dried pine' listed as 'select pine'. Select being a grade of wood.

im going to guess yes. I recently noticed that the 'select kd pine' iv been using has been relabled 'select radiatia pine'

This says kiln dried. So I'm going to say go for it

Just make sure any pine is untreated. Sometimes they treat woods for preservation and outdoor use. The people at a reputable lumber yard will be able to confirm if it is untreated.
