Sadly I just lost one of my baby canaries.

So sad, one of my baby canaries just died. I had noticed this morning that it wasn't doing well as well as its siblings and was about to call the breeder I got the parents from to ask for suggestions. Before calling I looked in the cage and it was dead. It was the only baby that was all yellow. Now I only have two babies left.

I have come to learn the hard way that sadly breeding and caring for newborns is never without risks and loss of life. It is a chance that you have to be prepared to take with any fragile little one.
