I think you're a bit over reacting. I'm sorry for the loss of your chin as well - no one wants chins to die. But you say you want to learn from your mistakes - ok, fine - people on here are only pointing them out. You said you feed banana chips - mistake - you want to correct mistakes, no? So it's best to have them pointed out. You say you don't have a baby safe cage - mistake, if you have a pregnant female - you say you want to correct... Don't get me wrong, it's good to want to correct your mistakes, but if you don't know what those mistakes are (for example, thinking banana chips are good for chins), then how can you correct them? The key is to look at things as constructive criticism.
And of course before you went anywhere, to any vet, even a 24/7 vet, I personally call to check they're open and can see me, because I'd hate to get there and have them be closed for remodeling or something like that.
People on this forum are only looking out for the welfare of the animals. They are trying to help, trying to help you correct mistakes, and no one here "preys on others." Take a chill pill and understand the term "constructive criticism."
Well, you wouldn't do that. No one's asking you to go to a closed vet - we're asking you to find a vet that is either open 24/7 or, like my vet, I can call them, and for some hefty amount that so far I have yet to experience, they will come into the office at 3 am or whatever time I call. There are both types of vets all around the country, you just need to find one that's open. Often times when you call a vet's office, even your regular vet, say after hours, there will be a recording that says "if this is an emergency, please call ______ at this number..." That's who you call when the vet's closed.what would you have proposed me to do if I HAD gone to the vet and there was NO ONE THERE!?

See, that's the thing. You shouldn't have had to "have gone looking" - when you got your pets, whatever they are, you should have had a vet lined up. You buy a dog, you find a dog vet, right? You buy an exotic, you have to find an exotic vet. Now that you have the contact info of one, you will have that for next time. It's a shame you didn't have it for this time.If I had gone looking for a vet
