Ive noticed about 2 days ago that her ears were red and abit bloody (like its been scratched , ive got a wooden box in the cage and the holes were covered with her fur)

and she had a spot by her ears that look matted (but i think its dry blood and she got a tiny bold spot there) This morning when i checked up on her only then did i see she had a big bold patch on her side and the skin is red and half swollen up (i had to rush this morning so i could not inspect further) im in such crying mood rn , i honestly dont know what to do to help her (she is now 4/5 years) ill be cleaning the cage after work and making sure all is clean , i also got some anti-bacterial spray , but still trying to get a powder for her

Im just here to hear if anyone has any advice for me

It sounds like it could be ringworm, which is a fungal infection not actual worms. It's called "ringworm" because the raised areas can look like ring shaped worms are under the skin. You might be better off just taking the chin to the vet to get a proper diagnosis, but if you are sure it's ringworm you can try to treat it at home. If it gets worse though oral meds may be needed to treat it and those you need to go to the vet for.

You will need to fully sanitize the cage daily but unfortunately you need to throw away ALL wood in the cage, the fungal spores can get into the wood and unless you soak it in bleach it (making it unsafe for the chin to chew on) you are not likely to get all of the spores meaning the chin will just get reinfected. You can use things like metal or clay pots, or large glass jars that can be sanitized or even fleece houses that you can take out and wash daily as hides in the cage until she is better. You can give chews, but again make sure you toss them daily, so chew sticks and cheap chews might be the best option.

They can get a secondary bacterial infection, but what you want in anti-fungal powder not antibacterial, and if it gets that bad it's best to go to the vet so you get the right antibiotics to treat it.
