My two chins have recently just bonded and are now starting to groom each other. I never have had more than just the one so I do not really know what to expect. I notice when either one grooms the other I hear a quick chirp that I assume is maybe one getting a bit rough with the other. It goes both ways and neither of them seem to run or get angry when they chirp. I am just wondering if I should monitor this, I never see any cuts or anything, I'm more or less just worried because I am not used to having chins grooming. Just wondering if they are working out how they liked to be groomed or what not, I'm sure someone knows if I should do anything to stop them when one chirps or not.

Thanks

I have some pairs that have been together for a long time that do that... I think of it as groomee telling the groomer, a little to the left no more to the right OOhhhhhh thats the spot!! LOL!!

lol Mine do that, too, and I've noticed that after one chirps, they both freeze up for a second as if to say, "Whoops! Sorry.... should I proceed??" Cuties. :) There's nothing I enjoy more than watching them groom each other.

Except, maybe, when one tries grooming ME. :) lol
