Several things spring to mind & I have to ask, did the vets give you any probiotics?
I think it's worth you looking at Meanie's article on treating Sparky when he was in stasis. - http://www.chins-n-hedgies.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6553&highlight=sparky. It might give you some clues as to what is going on with your little chap.
My concern is that you're little chinny needs more meds than he is getting & I think he needs more help to get his guts moving. I would suggest he needs more Metoclopromide (gut stimulant) plus some extra fluids (sub-cut injections if he is not taking much fluid by mouth) & a full re-assessment.
How much food is he taking each day?
