Several things spring to mind & I have to ask, did the vets give you any probiotics?

I think it's worth you looking at Meanie's article on treating Sparky when he was in stasis. - http://www.chins-n-hedgies.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6553&highlight=sparky. It might give you some clues as to what is going on with your little chap.

My concern is that you're little chinny needs more meds than he is getting & I think he needs more help to get his guts moving. I would suggest he needs more Metoclopromide (gut stimulant) plus some extra fluids (sub-cut injections if he is not taking much fluid by mouth) & a full re-assessment.

How much food is he taking each day?

He had a hernia I took him back to the vets on tuesday and seen a different vet, and they operated on him yesterday, he came round luck enough after being sedated twice within two weeks.
He is still sore and not eating or drinking...i am hoping he gets better now. Another trip to the vets tomorrow.
They only operated on the one side, and said there is a small hole the other side that should heal...please little chin get better.
