Preparing willow sticks

Hello again Does anyone know if the same steps apply to willow sticks as it does with apple sticks? trim, clean, boil (twice), and bake until snap ready? Thanks so much! and i suppose i should just ask for other wood as well!

It's pretty much the same for all wood. I'm not sure you need to boil willow twice though, but if the water is murky after the first boil it wont hurt to boil again.
