Potty Training

I've had my chinchilla for almost a month now. Her name is Easter. Don't know if this is a dumb question but can you potty train a chinchilla? Can I train her to poop in the same spot as well? Just recently I noticed that she has been peeing in one corner of her cage. Should I put something there to help make the cleaning of her cage easier? Since she is peeing in the same spot, her cage is starting to smell sooner. Any suggestions?

Put a glass pyrex pan filled w/ shavings in the spot she likes to pee.

You cannot train a chinchilla to poop in one spot. They poop A LOT and will poop wherever they please )! As far as the pee is concerned, I would do as Jodi mentioned but rub a few shavings in her pee and then throw it in the pyrex bowl full of shavings so she knows it's still her spot.
