I'd still keep a close eye on him for a few more days & make sure he doesn't get a snotty nose or anything.
As for the pineapple - I'd chuck it. Chins don't need sugary treats & they are bad for both teeth (tooth decay like we get) & too much sugar in the gut (fermenting & bloating).
Nice healthy treats which are full of fibre are the best things for chinnies. There are plenty of good healthy treats that don't contain sugar & are far "better" for the chins in the long term.
