Finally got done drilling 10 lbs. of the scrap pack. Man it's hot outside! All worth it though. My boys are a huge fan of all the different kinds. I gave them each a piece of each one, and they wen't nuts. Guess they were getting a little tired of apple all the time. :p

:hmmm: OUCH!!! It looks like I've got a little explainin' to do. Hey, it's me...I finally registered. This is Barbi, owner/operator of PPBN. I was a member once before but it wasn't CnH at the time. Hope ya'll still have room for one more marching girl in this here parade.

1st of all, thanks to all of you and many others like you; we're going to be in business for a very long time.

2nd, I don't want anyone to think we just jumped ship. The reason I went to Ebay was NOT to give our customers the imression that they weren't worth our time. THIS IS IMPORTANT if you haven't heard it before. I had just gotten custody of 3 very young grandchildren that were coming from a very bad situation. I was trying to keep them all together and battling the courts (and run a business?) Those of you that have ever dealt with children at risk know the challenges I was up against. Those kids needed all the love and dedication I could give them. I didn't WANT to let our customers go, hence the move to Ebay. It isn't what I wanted to do, it's what I had to do. The kids are now being adopted by younger relatives that also love and adore them, we've got our life back and we're back in business to stay. All I was doing with the newsletter and survey was asking for a kick in the pants to get started full speed ahead again and I didn't realize that the hardest kick would be in one of the posts here...I've explained the situation to all of our customers in numerous emails and to some of you in great depth. Anyway, I need to say I'm so sorry for all of you that we let down and so grateful for all of you that have stood beside us through all of this.

3rd, the delivery time varies depending on which shipping method you choose on our shopping cart. I honestly can't help how long it takes for a package to arrive if it's going parcel. :(Check out our Shipping and Policies page for a further explanation. Also, we have a new policy and if I can ship your package for less than you paid, I refund the difference to you. We only charge for actual shipping costs and no handling fee.

4th, I usually work 6-7 days a week, but not always (sometimes we just need a day off) so I don't always check emails either, though I don't remember getting 2 emails about this, so I checked back through them just to make sure and don't see any. I really do try to keep my customers updated on the status of their orders and let you know how long they will take to arrive.

I'm not really enjoying this process of having to defend myself or our business, I just feel (hey I'm human) that there have been some misrepresentations here.

We've been listening to you in our website survey and I've taken many of your ideas and already implimented them. Check out our website for all the updates.

I'm excited to be on CnH and getting to know you all a little better and very soon, getting some special deals running "For Members Only" in the classifieds. But for now, I have orders to pack.

As always, it's a pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to next time. For those of you that haven't tried our products, you can get a free sample at www.PetProductsByNature.com/FreeSample

Welcome Barbi. I'm glad to see you joined. Did you see your banner flashing up there? :)

Yippee...I mean yes...I mean AWESOME!!! Thanks for your help with that. Just love to see our name in lights.

Thanks all...and Michelle...your package went out today. Even though you ordered it to come Parcel Post, it shipped for the same rate (well, a few cents more ;) ) in a flat rate priority box so it should be there in 2 days, or 3 at the very most. BTW...did you see our new Rescues In Need page? You had mentioned that you were taking in a new rescue today and we're just getting ready to amp up a program that just might be able to help out... One of the stories we read over and over on our survey responses was about Chin (and other exotic pet) rescues that are in a sinking ship too... but these little critters have no other alternative.

Where on this forum should I post further info about this?

And if you're a rescue, a ligitamate rescue, we want to help and we have customers standing in the wings wanting to help provide chews for the furballs in your care. I can't wait to hear back from you about this...IM me or email me. My email addy is [email protected].

Thanks again...Barbi

Hello Barbi! I am so glad to hear you have joined. I was a customer before and loved your products. I was disappointed when I could no longer order from you, but as a foster parent myself, I totally understand what you're going through. I really respect what you did, and I'm so glad things are working out for you and for those kids.

On behalf of my many furballs, we are all very excited to see you back in business, and hope things can get turned around for you!

I put all of the pieces from the sample pack on a chain so the girls could decide which flavor they liked best
