Pair of Female Gray Chinchillas Still Need a New Home
Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, the adoption of Chica and Choi fell through. So, our pair of female gray chinchillas are still in need of a new home. They are about 4 years old, and they must be adopted as a pair – they cannot be separated. We are rehoming them because we are moving soon and will no longer have a place for them where we are going.
The adoption fee is $175 for both girls, and all of their supplies. We have everything the new owners would need: their large plastic bath box (enclosed to prevent dust from traveling, and large enough for both girls to bathe at the same time), bath dust (oxbow brand, with 2 additional containers), 21”D x 30”W x 36”H cage with shelves made of poplar wood and stainless steel (on its own wheeled stand), food dish, 2 water bottles, a durable pet carrier, food (oxbow brand pellets), hay (oxbow brand orchard grass), a play pen (made of plastic gates, which can be adjusted to various pen sizes, easily folded down for storage), and more. As you can tell, we have always given our girls high quality supplies and have done everything we could to address all of their needs.
We reside in the Lancaster, PA area and ask that the new owners pick up the girls. To simplify the transport of the cage and supplies, we recommend that the new owner bring a truck or SUV. Additional supplies and cage (twice the size as the above cage) are available with the girls if the new owner is interested.
The girls have been seen by a veterinarian for regular checkups (about once a year), and we are willing to provide the new owner with a copy of all of their medical records, if requested. Both girls are healthy, and are not neutered.
