A bit off topic, if my chins are doing fine on mazuri, no soft poops problems, I can get both oxbow and mazuri readily, which one is better?
I was the nutrional analysis for both feeds, mazuri had less fibre and more protein, which is not good as oxbow.
But my chins seem to prefer mazuri more, would that bit of fibre and protein be worth switching them over?

I do a mix of 40/60 blue seal bunny sixteen and oxbow and my chin does very well.

IMO Beaphar care+

I use beaphar care+ after a research I done in nutritional values of the most popular brands oxbow, mazuri etc... And I think is the newest but more advanced and complete pellet food a chinchilla can have Pogo is doing great on it and the crunching noise when he eats them is music to my ears I know that is expensive in USA cause is EU made but I can get it in London without problem in reasonable price..

I was feeding a custom milled but was having issues with the mill and quality of it. I could still get it a couple bags at a time, but decided to go back to a rabbit pellet. I fed the purina show years ago and had terrible issues with inconsistency. I tried the Manna Pro but the chins didn't like it as much, so I tried the Nutrena and they liked it better, but for the last couple months I've been feeding the Orschellin's rabbit feed ( pink bag ). I think it's country lane, I know another rancher uses it as well and they eat it all and are doing great on it.

I supplement with my own supplement that is oat based as well. Then hay every other day with a timothy/alfalfa mix with no issues.
