I think it is very possible the picture can be real. The weight.. maybe not so much but there are breeds of dogs that weigh in the 150's+.
The man looks about 5'10-6ft and the one link I clicked on in here mentions a female can be 4.5-6ft long and a male 6-6.5 ft long.. So if the man if of average height(5'10ish) or slightly taller it is very possible the size of the wolf is what it is shown.
