We will miss you Tiffany! Wish you could be there.

I hope you can make it Jen!

I have a feeling this show is going to be small this year. Hoping not though. I wonder if the Baars are coming again?!

thank you Jess! :)

I may have 2 - 3 breeders and possibly a student coming. If not, I will bring their animals to show for them.

What are the rules for that?
The chins do not belong to me, do I show them under their names or mine?

That would be correct, Christiane will be the exhibitor and the animals would be listed as who ever owns them or their ranch brand if they have one.

I just checked the distance from the new location to me and its only 3 hours!!!

So I am definitely thinking of going!
Any idea if there will be a baby derby at this one? I don't think they normally have if I remember correctly, but figured I would check anyway.

Im so excited!!!

Jen,
Just got a pamphlet on the show and it says there will be a baby derby.

But my question is what is "optional claiming"?
I have been to the show in State College but not sure what this is.

I am not sure if I'll be making this one. I was hoping to make it this year.. Will be last minute if we do. I don't have anything to show--all I have will be just over weaning age.

Optional claiming is where animals can be listed for claiming but you do not have to participate by putting prices on your animals unless you want to. At a regular claim show all animals must have a price set between what the group has set for a price range There are a few other different versions also being used around the country by different groups.

This is about 4 and a 1/2 hours, hmm thinking about going maybe. Do you need vendors by chance?

Is there going to be a page on the MCBA page for the show in Fonda, like there was for State College? Are there going to be vendors there? What kind of donations are there or would you like?

Any donations for the raffles will be welcome. I will get back to you about pricing for vendors. So yes vendors are welcome just have to get more details for that.

vendors

Vendors welcome of course. Cost for table will be$10 or a raffle donation. Please let me know if you would like a table by Sept 7. So that I can ensure that we have enough tables. Thank you for your patience! I look forward to another successful show.

Hope
