Update

The (still unnamed!) beige girl has lost 40 gms since moving in. She's now at 463 gms. She's eating about 10-15 gms of food a night. Right now I'm at the 50/50 point of a food transition to Oxbow, with acidophilus sprinkled on the pellets. Do I just continue to monitor or should I take her to the vet?

I love her ears, too. She is soooo pretty.

The little girl finally has a name: Cleo! I think it fits her perfectly. She's slowly warming up to us. She has one day left of quarantine, one day left before she's completely transitioned to Oxbow pellets, and her poos are finally bulking up. I haven't weighed her in over a week so I'm not sure if she's gaining yet, but things are looking up! :dance3:

That's great news! Your girlie had a lot to adjust to just because she didn't seem to be getting what she needed at her last home. Now that she has a good home and proper care I hope to see pictures of her looking much better.

ETA Cleo is a really cute name!
