My next premade project is going to be a BV with a red diamond as the tummy with some red roses and maybe a crown and little cape thing, I'll have to post a drawing or something.

Newest statue, I'm beginning to like them a little more now. This one still needs a paint touch up (wet right now) and the eyes and gem cleaned, but I'm going to try and start a **birthstone** chinnie statue line thing.
This one will have little red roses wrapped around a big king crown, when its done I'll post the finished product.:bump1:

It could also be Le Gideon (myfuzzies cute lil boy!) since they're basically twins ^_^
I want to make a whole themed set of these, what do you guys think about the jewel though, should I size it down? My step mom says its too big.
Other than that, (and I want honest opinions) what do you think about the appearance of my newest one? Is it more chin like? What could I improve on?

I think they are adorable. the shape of the face & body are good. Personally for me, I like them plain with just the jewel. I wouldnt want a crown & cape. You can experieent with a smaller gem but in looking at the pictures the gem seems fine. Maybe make some without a gem too.

I don't think the jewel is too big, and as I've said before, your work has really improved and this one is probably your best, maybe because you have your muse right in front of you, which helps a ton. To be honest, I like them both ways as far as with the cape & crown/hat as well as without anything but just the jewel. The second to last pic of the one with the hat & cape just sent me to the floor, because everyone at work knows I'm a chin addict and I always joke around that my chin CJ is the "pimp" daddy (ok - everybody, cover your ears, sorry but its because of the way he mistreats his cuddle buddy'sssss)!:laughitup:

Haley, those are the cutest statues/ornaments I have ever seen. Keep up the good work.
Adorable Haley!! Maybe make one with a little smaller stone--and we'll tell ya. Also, the
birthstones would be the birth month (birthdays) and put a birthday hat on them. Boy
the skys the limit with these cute little statues. I prefer the 3" ish size. The pic you're

lol hedgies are illegal here so no club for me, but I have made a sugarglider statue, maybe I can try a hedgie?

I like the first one you put up with the clear belly and the red belly. Id probably be more inclined to purchase one without the crown but thats just me. Though if you need ideas you can go on ebay and look at the ways they decorate 1. ducks (the yellow ducks you use in the bathtubs) they make some awsome ones! 2. My little pony (there is a woman who custom makes them to order in any theme you want... pretty cool)
