Sorry, I've been working full time crazy hours so my CnH time has been limited!
Bret got to come home on Friday. The doctor said that he believed oral antibiotics would be enough and he could come off the IV. He seems to be doing well. He was never a fussy baby to begin with.

Thank you I have a feeling my (our) grandpa was definitely watching over him and we are very thankful it was caught so early. Grandpa lived long enough to see Bret and passed away two days after he was born. Bret was the one thing he was hanging on for.
Bret was only going in for his regular two week check up, otherwise, I'm not so sure it would have been caught so early.
