my sister has 2 hedgehogs and they have mites. what do you do to get rid of them?

She should take them to see a veterinarian to get revolution for them.

Revolution is the only way to go (make sure she doesn't get an ivermectin shot). She'll also need to clean their cages really well, wash everything with really hot water and throw away bedding that cannot be cleaned.
