Theyre doing pretty good! Theyre getting a different sandbox this week because the old one is falling apart (it was already kinda bad when I got it..)
I also found an online pet food seller that does great mixes for my hamster and mice - and they also sell apple sticks, which my boys have been going crazy for! The ones from the local store are much smaller and more expensive and apparently taste kinda meh - but these ones, they absolutely yank them out of my hand xP I also finally managed to get my hands on some Oxbow Essentials and they absolutely love it!
Neither of them let me hold them though, sadly. But! Viktor is slowly letting me touch him which is a huge win - usually I cannot even brush against his fur before he backs off but now I can very super gently touch his chin and cheeks when giving him some dried clover.
So things are going kinda slow, but I cant complain! Theyre healthy and active, albeit still picky with their hay xD Seems like they liked the one I had before this one some more, so I might try mixing them so they don't skip out on too much hay.
