He has two banded quills on his entire body! Only a year old, he was a teenager's pet that did not socialize him well. He has taken quite the shine to my husband after bout a week and a half of patience. He hasn't snapped at us anymore since his first day here.

A surprise surrender from a retiring breeder. She's suspected pregnant and thus on pregnancy watch. Coming from the breeder with the caution.. "I didn't handle her often" I was blown away by her temperament. She is so sweet, doesn't ball up for anything! New hands in the cage, sounds, it all doesn't bother her. She is a licker to the extreme though.. like a little puppy dog. I love it.
