I got a phone call about the phone number for the Holidai Inn in Auburn. Someone was having trouble with it, so I looked it up again. The number from their website is 800.890.0245. I copied the other froma travel website, but apparently it's either not right, or the folks you talk to don't have a clue...

It was great! lots of fun talking and visiting. Good presentations, great animals...I need to start leaving these things without completely full carriers.

It was a good time. Thank you to all of you who put the time, effort, and thought into it. Wish I could have stayed for the banquet but had to be at work at 4am next morning so headed home. I learned alot and am grateful for the knowledge shared by so many experienced ranchers both big and small who are willing to share their trade secrets (like spreadsheets) and offer advice and suggestions so easily.

Back in WI, and hope everyone else arrived home safely. I had a wonderful time, and am glad I could make the Shindig this year. I learned a great deal, including how late I can stay up when I don't have to groom and show the next day! With only one late night visit to the RV by the cops, and NO cops called to the hotel, I think we can call this one a success?! :thumbsup:
